BTV Rescue is located in the Dallas, Texas, area. We take in neglected, homeless, and shelter dogs. We rely on public fosters and donations to save lives!
Founded in Buffalo, New York, in 2018, Be Their Voice Rescue is dedicated to saving at-risk dogs, with a special focus on bully breeds. In 2024, we relocated to Dallas, Texas, to continue our mission of rescuing dogs from overpopulated shelters and saving them from euthanasia. Over the years, we’ve saved more than 2,000 dogs, averaging around 300 rescues each year. What sets us apart is our commitment to training and rehabilitating every dog before adoption. By preparing them to be well-mannered and confident companions, we create better adoption outcomes and maintain a remarkably low return rate. Our mission goes beyond rescue. We are passionate about advocating for shelter dogs and raising awareness about the true nature of bully breeds. Through education and community outreach, we aim to break stereotypes, promote adoption, and give these deserving dogs the love and opportunities they deserve. Together, we can be their voice — and change their lives for the better.
